What’s the Job All About?
As a Customer Support Associate at Bigbasket, you’ll be the friendly voice that customers hear when they need help. Your main job will be to make sure customers are happy and their problems are solved.
Key Responsibilities
- Talk to customers over the phone and help them out
- Figure out what the customer needs and find the best solution
- Follow Bigbasket’s rules and processes to solve problems
- Be super nice and patient, even when things get tough
What You Need to Bring to the Table
- Good at speaking English, Hindi, and Telugu (you need to know all three!)
- A positive attitude and willingness to work in a team
- Flexibility to work different shifts between 6:00 AM and 11:45 PM
- Typing speed of at least 20-25 words per minute
- Age: Up to 30 years
Education and Experience
- Completed 10+2, Diploma, or Degree (any field is okay)
- Freshers are welcome!
- If you’ve worked in a BPO before, that’s great too
