Required Education & Experience:
- Management Trainee (General): Degree with 1st Class MBA (specialization in HR, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, etc.)
- Management Trainee (Technical): 1st Class Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture (with specializations like Entomology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, etc.)
- Accountant: B.Com or B.A. (Commerce), Chartered Accountant, or SAS Accountant with 3 years of relevant experience
- Superintendent (General): Post Graduate Degree in any discipline
- Junior Technical Assistant: Degree in Agriculture or related fields like Zoology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry
- Superintendent (General) – SRD (NE): Post Graduate Degree in any discipline
- Junior Technical Assistant – SRD (NE) & SRD (UT of Ladakh): Degree in Agriculture or related fields like Zoology, Chemistry, or Biochemistry

- Accountant, Superintendent (General): 30 years
- Junior Technical Assistant: 28 years
