IDBI Bank Ltd., invites online applications from eligible candidates for the post of Executive – Sales and Operations (ESO) (on Contract).
Job Role : Executive – Sales and Operations
IDBI Bank requires 1000 Local Bank Officers on engagement from DoP to perform direct sales and related activities at various offices of the Bank as per the requirements of the Bank. The GDS on engagement to IPPB will play a key role in lead generation, direct sales, coordination and generation of business through the Business Correspondent arrangement between DoP and IPPB.
Required Education & Experience:
- A Graduate from a recognized university in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt.Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc.
- Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.
- Candidates are expected to have proficiency in computers/ IT related aspects.

Educational Qualifications : Graduation in any Discipline
- A fulltime/regular Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a University/Institution recognized by Government of India or its Regulatory bodies.
- The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet /Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he/ she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online.
Age Requirement : 20 to 25 Years
The candidate must have been born not earlier than October 2,1999 and not later than October 1, 2004 (both dates inclusive)

For SC/ST/PwBD Candidates Rs. 250/- (Inclusive of GST)

Selection Process :

The selection process shall comprise of Online Test (OT), Document Verification(DV), Personal Interview (PI) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT).
