Job Role : Executive | Business Delivery

You will be an integral part of our team, Contributing Tele Associate will have the opportunity of utilizing your skills and expertise to drive more growth to the company.

Responsibilities

• Position holder will be an individual contributor 
• Build and manage productive, professional relationships withclientsusing telephonic and/or video conversations
• Ensure clients are using and deriving benefit fromIndiaMART
• Ensure products/services in client’s e-catalog are accurately defined
• Prompt resolution of client complaints
• Assist the field sales team in achieving revenue and client retentiontargets by systematic follow up & time bound closures.
• Daily 10-12 meaningful telephone/video calls with clients 

Experience Range:

• 0 – 5 years

Skills:

• B2B, servicing, customer service, relationship manager, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Inside Sales, B2C, client servicing,

Educational Qualifications : Any graduation, or Any PG

To qualify for the role candidates must possess Any Degree. in a relevant field. Higher qualification is preferred.

Age Requirement : 18 Years
