Job Role : Customer Support Associate
You will be an integral part of our team, Contributing Customer Support Associate will have the opportunity of utilizing your skills and expertise to drive more growth to the company.
Eligibilty and Requirements:
- Graduate and Undergraduate candidates both can apply.
- Both Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply for the job. Experienced candidates must have minimum 6 months of experience in BPO sector with valid documents i.e., offer letter, relieving/experience letter and last three months salary slip.
- Must have excellent command in English and good communication skills.
- **Candidates who have MTI in their speech and pursuing education will not be considered.
- Working Schedule:
- 5 days working with rotational shift and 2 days rotational off.
- Shift duration of 9 hours including 1 hour break.
- Casual leaves won’t be entertained for the first three months apart from week offs.
