We’re Hiring: Technical Sales Engineer | Freshers Welcome
Are you a Mechanical Engineer who wants to solve real industrial problems — not just sell products?
Permaweld works with refineries, steel plants and continuous process industries, providing specialized steam-based, high-pressure components designed for extreme heat, pressure and corrosive environments.
This is not typical sales.
You’ll work directly with plant and maintenance teams to understand operating conditions, identify critical valves and equipment that require attention, and help customers develop the technical and commercial case for replacement.
The sales cycle can take months — so we’re looking for someone who understands that good engineering solutions and strong customer relationships take time.
What we’re looking for
– B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
– Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience
– Curiosity about why industrial equipment fails
– Ability to ask the right technical questions
– Comfortable visiting industrial plants and speaking with engineers
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Willingness to travel and build long-term customer relationships
No Valve Experience? No Problem.
We provide full technical training, so prior valve-industry experience is not required.
