Animator Intern / Junior Animator Job Type: Full-Time, Work From Home Working Days: Monday to Friday Working Hours: 9 Hours per Day Salary / Stipend: ₹12,000 per month Experience Level: Fresher / Intern / Junior Animator Required Software: Blender Only About the Role We are looking for a creative and motivated Animator Intern / Junior Animator to join our animation team. The selected candidate will work primarily on 3D character animation in Blender for cartoon and kids' animation projects. This role is suitable for freshers and junior animators who understand animation fundamentals and want to improve their skills while working on production projects. Responsibilities Create 3D character animation using Blender . Animate body movements, poses, facial expressions, and character interactions. Work according to storyboards, references, and shot requirements. Maintain proper timing, spacing, posing, weight, and animation flow. Create smooth and appealing cartoon-style animation. Maintain character consistency and continuity between shots. Work with basic camera animation and shot composition when required. Make revisions based on feedback from the animation lead. Complete assigned shots within production deadlines. Maintain clean and properly organized Blender project files. Coordinate with other team members during production. Requirements Good basic knowledge of Blender . Understanding of 3D character animation fundamentals. Knowledge of timing, spacing, anticipation, posing, follow-through, and body mechanics. Ability to understand storyboards and convert them into animation. Basic understanding of facial animation and lip-sync. Good observation skills for character movement and expressions. Ability to take feedback and make corrections. Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work consistently in a remote work environment. Ability to meet production deadlines. Additional Skills Basic knowledge of AI video making is a plus. Experience with cartoon or kids' animation is preferred. A good animation portfolio or showreel will be an advantage.
