About the Project The India School AI Challenge (ISAC) is a national flagship initiative by ET Education designed to empower school students across India with practical Artificial Intelligence skills. Through expert-led learning modules, innovation challenges, and real-world project development, ISAC is shaping the next generation of tech innovators. We are looking for enthusiastic, detail-oriented Project Interns who are passionate about education technology, AI, and project management to help drive this high-impact national campaign. Key Responsibilities Project Coordination & Operations Support end-to-end execution of ISAC campaign milestones, webinars, and the Grand Finale. Maintain clear project trackers, timelines, dashboards, and operational documentation. Coordinate cross-functionally with tech, design, and content teams to ensure smooth delivery. School & Stakeholder Engagement Act as the point of contact for participating schools, students, parents, and trainers. Guide schools through registration, onboarding, and competition stages. Manage participant databases, query resolution (via phone/email), and CRM records. Marketing & Strategic Outreach Assist with direct outreach, email, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to drive school enrolment. Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging collateral and promotional materials. Support social media updates and identify prospective educational partners. What We're Looking For Education: Final-year Undergraduates, Postgraduates, or Recent Graduates (Degrees in Business, Marketing, Management, Education, Computer Science, or related fields preferred). Communication: Flawless written and verbal communication with professional email etiquette. Tech Savvy: Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and basic CRM/tracking tools. Traits: Proactive problem solver, highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
