Responsibilities: – Develop and implement employer relations strategy to create job opportunities for learners. – Identify and engage with potential employers and industry partners. – Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations. – Facilitate connections between learners and potential employers. – Organize employer engagement activities such as career fairs and networking events. – Track and report on key performance indicators related to employer engagement. Skills Required: – Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. – Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. – Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset. – Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects. – Familiarity with recruitment and HR practices is a plus. Education and Experience: – Bachelor's/PG degree in business, marketing, or related field. – 3 years of experience in employer relations, recruitment, or sales. – Experience in EdTech or career services industry preferred.
